G.Girlf. The one weird thing I have found about living right literally on the beach is the lack of sea smell!! I grew up about five miles inland and could always smell the sea! Now I'm on it practically and... nothing!!
Seaweed, Lisa. We have no seaweed! That's why we can't smell it. It's not really the sea, per se, that smells briny, but the seaweed. I always found it curious too. And anyway, why IS there so little seaweed on our beach?
Yes, lovely days, but starting to slip away now. For a short while only, I hope!
